1. Introduction

Welcome to STATshifts. By signing up and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Service

STATshifts acts solely as a technological platform to connect Pharmacies seeking relief coverage with Pharmacists available for shifts. We are not an employment agency, nor are we the employer of the Pharmacists.

3. Payment Responsibility (Important)

STATshifts is strictly not responsible for the payment of completed shifts.

All financial arrangements, hourly wages, and final invoices are handled and billed directly between the Pharmacy and the Pharmacist. STATshifts does not intermediate shift payments, escrow funds, or guarantee payment from either party. It is the responsibility of the Pharmacist to invoice the Pharmacy directly upon completion of the shift, and the responsibility of the Pharmacy to pay the Pharmacist in a timely manner according to their agreed-upon terms.

4. Platform Fees and Refunds

Pharmacies may purchase subscription packages to post shifts on the platform. If a posted shift goes completely unbooked, the payment for that shift posting will be refunded to the Pharmacy, less a minor card-processing fee.

5. Conduct and Reliability

Both Pharmacies and Pharmacists are expected to uphold professional standards. Repeated no-shows or failure to pay invoices may result in permanent suspension from the STATshifts platform.
